'threads contain unread posts' is an irritation but its getting worse- now when I click on a thumbnail the thread goes dark. Now unable to enlarge pictures Regards, Paul.- few minutes latter and thumbnails working again!!??

Angry black screen , pictures can not open

I am still have problem's opening pictures, screen just goes black and doesn't open. Whats the answer. Sadly its making imposable to view, buy , or comment on any of the badges.

Right mouse click, Choose "Open in New Tab".
Always works. Note that you cannot scroll through the pictures.

Probably the best option is to bin IE and switch to Chrome. IE users are a very small minority now, <5%

Might be higher on the forum- older than average age group? I had my 1st PC in 2002 and have used IE all that time. I doubt I am alone in that. Has it been established that the glitches we are having are down to IE? Regards, Paul.

Just tried instructions in post 99 link. Unread posts still showing up and it caused thumbnails to require 2 attempts to open them- so I have deleted forum from list again. I may try it another time marking all posts as read and see if I still get fresh ones. Regards, Paul.

Personally I have no problems with images or the new threads list. I'm using chrome and windows 10.

Regarding the 'lightbox' everyone seems to be having trouble with I've turned it off. Images will now open in a new tab or window.
