Bolton seems a strong contender . Do we have any Bolton lads who recognise the scene in the Great War forum picture, there is a distinctive building on the hill and it looks like they may be in a park. Bank top brewery? Kev

Could the picture be Heywood , Wrigley brook area on the river Roch just outside Bury? Bank top road nearby.
