Probably the army contractors Isaac, Campbell & Co. Their backmark is known as “S Isaac Campbell & Co.” and as “S Isaacs Campbell & Co.”.

From directory evidence, they began in 1850 or 1851. They were still listed in Kelly's London directory of 1865, but not in the 1882 edition. I have not seen the 1866-1881 editions, but in 1869 The London Gazette recorded that Samuel Isaac and Saul Isaac (apparently the only partners in the business by then) were bankrupt, effectively. I cannot be certain that the business ceased trading at that time, though it seems likely; perhaps someone with access to directories for the early 1870s can check if they still appeared.
