Default Air Training Corps Offrs insignia

Can anyone enlighten me regarding the following.....
The circular cloth badge used as a distinguishing badge by offrs in the ATC from 1941-44, (Malcolm Hobart's book pg 114) was worn on the sleeve cuff above the rank lace. A smaller version existed for the greatcoat.
Was the smaller version worn on the sleeve as well or was it worn above the rank lace worn on the shoulderboard?

Managed to find an answer myself by other means but for anyone who's interested the smaller badge was worn on the shoulderboard above the rank lace.
