Default Georgian Volunteer Infantry - Burnham or Bawtry ?

A recent purchase of a Georgian era. non Maker marked, 20 mm coatee button which was advertised on Ebay as possibly belonging to the Burnham Volunteer Infantry. Initial research on my part however suggests that this may infact be a button for the Bawtry Volunteer Infantry.

The British Military Button site here shows a similar pattern identified to Bawtry.

https://asahelena.wixsite.com/milita...ia-buttons-a-b

And this online article again shows a similar pattern attributed to Bawtry

https://thisreilluminatedschoolofmar...antry-of-1803/

Wondered if anyone has a similar pattern button in their collection and any thoughts or further evidence on the Unit attribution.

Regards Simon.

Forgot to add a link for Coldstream Military Antiques site showing the button as Burnham Volunteer Infantry although no other provenance is listed.

quite a bit of online should be taken carefully. I've had about 15 of those buttons and no one has been able to positively identify B is a very common initial for a place name dixon pickups comments "one of MANY 'B' Volunteer units 1794-1808"
