Default Opinions on this British Para Wing Please!

Hello

Seeking opinions on whether the attached image of a slightly grubby British army Para wing is WW2 vintage or later. Thank you in advance. Please be aware that I will not be retaining this wing and it will be offered for sale.

A most handsome badge it is too, but, whilst those were worn during the war, they were also issued, purchased and worn for quite some time afterwards, the question I would ask would be, was that particular example actually manufactured prior to September 1945.
