Default TUESDAY MORNING JUNK MARKET PICK UP

Ok so not world changing but a nice honest badged up Battle dress , Sgt chevrons have been blancoed white as have the flaming bombs these have been done so delicately as to allow the brown edge off the flames to still show through also this BD has nice examples of tbe un common Royal Engineers titles with serifs to The letters.
These once common jackets are now getting harder to find even to corps units

Nice blouse, raises the question of when did the Engineers get their own 9 flamed grenade for SD and BD?

I have a note for that colour of lanyard as worn by 460th HAA Regt RA (City of London) (TA).
A check in Tim's album might be called for.

I have a similar lanyard in my album as I4 - so far unidentified. But agree with Marc as possibly 460th HAA Regt RA (City of London) TA as described in ACI584 dated 14 October 1953. Red/Blue CC1502

In answer to Marc's grenade question my book Badges on Battle Dress records that the version with nine flames and a raised ball was recorded in the List of Changes dated 31st May 1952.
