Default Help with identification please.

Hi
Could anybody help me with this one? Can't seem to find it anywhere and I'm not even sure if it's genuine.
Many thanks

Not sure of those are supposed to be cap or collar badges. There seems to be plenty floating about on epay these days, mostly fakes. I don't know.

Not proper, I'm afraid, it's just a regular on ebay and various dealers sites, sticks in my mind because first time I saw images of it the castle on its rocks reminded me of the KOSB badge.
