Default Three items to identify

I am not sure as to what these three items are, any help appreciated.

Single propellor in blue, white, possibly Australian Air Force, could anyone confirm?

Brass stripes and wheel, this has a pin back and looks as though it is workshop made.

"H" in blue circle, RAF?

Thanks for looking

Rob

The wheel and chevrons I'm thinking RAF Apprentice badge but above chevrons?
Doesn't seem right.
A workshop made army or RAF wristlet insignia incorporating a drivers wheel?

I would say the second badge is Chief Technician.

Re the third patch, I can't say for sure, but an "H" on a trade patch according to my references usually means "Height Taker" for AA batteries. I will defer to more knowledgeable members for other possibilities.

Thanks forum members for your replies.

No. 1 is a WW2 issue Canadian made Leading Aircraftman / Woman rank badge in rayon on wool.

The second I'd say is an Apprentice Corporal or Corporal Boy Entrant workshop piece. Made to demonstrate their skill in using tools, and possibly worn on an overall or similar.

Well, I originally thought Sergeant for the three brass chevrons, then thought 'no, its Corporal for the two cut outs'. But thinking again,it is probably Sergeant, and it looks like a long brooch pin to the rear, which would tally with it being worn on coveralls/overalls.

Rob, the badge 'in action' (an American volunteer in the RCAF).

As for the 'H', its not any Commonwealth Air Force (RAF, RCAF, RAAF, RNZAF) badge I have come across before, despite the colours.

Well, Sergeant or Corporal, I think apprentice RAF fits the bill.

Padre, thanks for the "action" shot, lovely to see badges worn in situ, brilliant.

Pleasure!

Re the brass badge, the four-blade prop inside the ring was also worn by Boy Entrants - the course essentially being a truncated version of the Apprentice's, begun in 1934, and running to 1965. The Apprentices began in 1920. So it could be either.
