Default Two Territorial Badges

Hi, just bought these two, they seem good quality, heavy and cannot bend the sliders. As a beginner I think these are ok. Would anyone be kind enough to confirm either way.
Thanks
John

I only collect Great War in general but my feeling would be these are not original. I think the Essex plinth is too big and the Lincs looks to have a non period style of slider and possibly a modern font. Just my feeling from you pictures- sure more opinions will follow. Regards, Paul.

I agree that neither look right.

The small fillet on the left of the Lincs scroll at the turn is the sign of a repro, likewise full length voids either side of the turrets on the Essex. However on the latter it's not unknown on Essex badges as it appears on at least one of the VB's.

It’s the little triangle to the left of the first L where the scroll curls.
