Default Thoughts on This ME Commando Shoulder Title

Hello,
I've had this piece for quite some time now and would be curious as to what the opinion is from genuine experts on this forum? It does not glow and you can see where it had been glued to an album at one time. From bottom black felt tip to tip it measures a tad under 120mm. Thank you,

I agree this is a thumbs up one, I have only once seen another orginal pattern locally made in the middle east. Have to see if I can find it.
