Default RCHA shoulder badge

Hello all I'm trying to figure how old is this RHCA shoulder badge. the back is mark w"scully montreal ltd on top. Seem like some people give WW1 and some others WWII. May be both wars and i'll never know. Thanks to help.,

That type of title looks to be post Second WW. The RCHA wore cloth titles during the Second WW.
The First WW RCHA titles have a single, lower bar attaching the letters.
