Default Bloomsbury Rifles Help needed

Now this maybe should have gone in the Sweathearts Forum.. So sorry if I am wrong. But I know theres some experts of the various Rifle units on here.

I know a little about the Bloomsbury Rifles but can anyone help with any ideas what this badge - medal is.

The photos don't really do it justice...

Cheers...

Looks like the sort of thing they used to give out for regimental shooting competitions and things like that.
Cheers,
Alex

Confused...,
Not an expert on these, but I believe it is a SH 'brooch' that would have been attached via a pin through the loop or it may have worn as SH necklet/necklace etc on a chain. My Mum has one (not a Bloomsbury version) of an RASC badge from my real Dad who served out in Sierra Leone during the war. Yours looks like quite a nicely detailed one as well.
