thought Sea Cadet corps ?? not sure though..if anyone could confirm its ID I would appreciate it !! retains to lugs to rear ..size is 2.5 by 2.5

Shropshire County Council 10 year service award? Southend Cricket Club 10 wickets/games/maidens???
Could be anything, but I suspect NOT military.
Happy to be proven wrong though.

Lived in southend all my life and I have never seen one of these in a shop or a boot fair etc before, I would guess not Southend Cricket Club.
