"RR" shoulder title and others
I've picked up a collection of badges with some original WWI shoulder titles. There's a CEF Canadian Machine Gun Corps and what I believe are a British Machine Gun Corps, a pair of Royal Defense Corps (mismatched pr.), and a London Volunteer Rifles? Is the LVR ID correct, and would the LVR be known by another, more proper regimental name?
Finally, the RR badge has me stumped. Cast with heavy cast lugs. I'd like an ID plus era, if I can -- what is it and is it WWI or earlier (Boer War) perhaps? Appreciate it.

The title RR is similar ( but not indentical ) to Cox 3179 which is Rand Rifles.
I seem to recall an article in the MHS Bulletin showing a similar RR title which I will try and find over the next few days. P.B.

RR shoulder titles & other
LVR could stand for Leicestershire Volunteer Regt, a Gt War VTC unit. I know they produced their own cap badge, but I've never been sure about titles

RR could be Rhodesia Regiment.

Well, think maybe it is the 'London Volunteer Regiment'. No photo, but the following is a description from a Bosley's sale from 2007. I am assuming the 'LVR/VOLUNTEERS' is an accurate description of the lettering and arrangement. Anyone have an old catalog?
WEDNESDAY 25th JULY 2007 114 LVR / VOLUNTEERS WWI London Vol. Regt. blackened brass shoulder title. As for 'RR', no joy there, though I did find the same shoulder pictured on a South African auction site, listed under 'other badges' but with no other description. Very helpful Any Rand Rifles shoulder titles I could find pictured all were RRMG, for Rand Rifles Mine Guards.

Well, looks like it is indeed a Rand Rifles Boer War title. My thanks to Andrew Dinnes from South African Militaria for the info.
