The Berlin airlift museum in Berlin is excellent. It also houses a display of vehicles and kit from cold war BRIXMIS units. Very interesting indeed.

For interests sake, found last year (!) in the odds and sods box in a surplus store near Newbury- a 248 German Security Unit cloth beret badge! I believe initially made up of former German army POW's to assist the RMP.
