Indian / Eastern badges for ID please
Hi All
Can anybody ID these? I have been asked to try and sell a small collection of badges for the owner and these were amongst them. Some are obvious as to what they are but are they worth anything? I anybody wants better photos I can take individual ones. Some seem to be Indian silver as they leave a black mark on paper. The Cairo Civil Defence Force looks like it is missing a crown but is quite an interesting piece. Thanks in advance, cheers, Alex |

I see in the last picture:
5th Gorkha Rifles (Frontier Force), (post 1950) 63rd Palamcottah Light Infantry, (1903-1922) And upper right is a badge (not a "normal" cap) 1st Punjab Regiment, (1922-1956)

Any ideas on the fusilier badge with the '4' on the ball?

4th Bombay Grenadiers (from 1922)
I guess until 1945 when they were re-designated as The Indian Grenadiers. and the "4" was replaced by the horse.
