Smile Unknown new cloth badge

I have just received the Mercian Regimental journal. As I am not well up on cloth badges does this represent 1st battalion or 1st division?

Yeah - I wore a rather garish bright green and red bordered example in 1998, whilst attached to 16 AFA, Tidworth.

Best,

Marcus
