TANKS embroidered cloth badge

I have had this for a few years, picked it up with a pile of insignia I bought. I always figured it was a unit-made badge similar to the cloth "TC". Doing some collection cleaning and it will be going on Ebay shortly but was curious if anyone here has seen it?
