Hi Didier,
SCC is possibly for St. Columba or Colum Cille. The Cross is commonly known as an Iona Cross. St. Columba lived on the island of Iona, Scotland. Cheers, Tinto |

Sorry , can't identify your badge but similar shaped/coloured badges were made for the Free French Naval Forces (bearing the 'Cross of Lorraine' and "France Libre") during WW2. There was also a version with the initial R and F on each side and P on the bottom of the cross tail.
