Default Double Scroll Nelly (19th Hussars)

Is this a good one or a bad one!?

Its has been cleaned on receipt..... it had varnish on it.... the loops were glazed with it. Its been heated to burn off the varnish and then been deep cleaned and polished with silvo wadding and then washed..... its got a good lustre to it. Nice yellow braise at the base of the loops. The detail is very crisp....

Loops spaced at 27mm
Loop height = 8mm
Badge approx H = 40mm x W = 50mm (or 1 1/2 inches x 2 inches)

Good luck if it sells, if you are going to use the Forum Albums as a shop window, then please use it for confirmed genuine items and not confirmed copies!

Default Double Scroll Pagri?

What about this one?

Evidence shows "Elephants" were worn as Pagri badges well after the date KK/Gaylor has them as obsolete?

Griff,

With the prices these can realise, it is probably worth who-ever is making them to use ' yellow gold ' filler wire, in small doses, not too expensive ?? just a thought.

Dave.
