Default 8th Army clasp

Ok, I know it's not a badge but I recently found out that the Africa Star awarded to my Great Uncle Albert should have an 8th Army clasp. The ribbon doesn't show any signs of one ever having been attached & my Dad can't remember ever having seen one when his uncle received them after caving in to my Dad pestering him to apply for them.

Anyway, I've decided I'd like to obtain a clasp so that his medals are complete, so to speak.

Can anyone help please?

I do not know what information you have, but bear in mind three bars are available for the Africa star:- 1st Army, 8th Army, and North Africa 1942-43.
Regards Pete

It's definitely the 8th Army one that should've been issued.

I've tried looking for one on the Dixon's Medals website but I can't find one.
