Orders, Decorations, Medals and Ribbons of the British Empire

Hi everyone.
Going through some of my Great-Grandfather's personal effects, I came across the attached image. Not sure if the upper half is missing (?), but appears to catalogue many of the medals from the British Empire since 1900. If anyone wants more close-up pictures of specific parts/medals, please let me know. Hope it might be helpful.
