I just picked these up from an old mate in the UK.
Just wondered if you could glance your expert eye over them lads.
Any feedback good or bad is much appreciated.

Hi Mike,

Top to bottom:

Special Air Service over (Artists) title with black reverse: very unusual pattern, not seen a title in bullion before and not according to the sealed pattern. Very suspect.

2 other Special Air Service (Artists) with white reverse: reproductions

Wings: good, sixties, press studs indicate wear in hot humid climate such as Malaya or Borneo

2 Red Special Air Service Regiment titles: Australian and OK

Bottom Special Air Service title: good, sixties, worn on BD

Bullion beret badge: good, officers variant, private purchase

Large blazer badge: good, of course, no sealed patterns exists

I must admit the bullion title did throw me as I've never even seen a fake of this before and it came from a decent source. :-) ?? Have you ever seen one before in bullion?
Yeah the wing is particularly nice and sems to be made of a silky material?
They came with some other nice bits and pieces mate

I have never seen a bullion SAS title before, but with SAS insignia you will be surprised all the time. Could you post some more detailed pics (camera in macro setting?).

Attached a scan of some variations of good "Special Air Service (Artists)" titles and one with the 'Artists' bit cut off.
Notice the difference in colour: the top one is unworn and the three other titles have faded a bit due to sunlight and rain.

What backing does the bullion title have? Is it paper or more like plastic?
