G'day lads,
Can anyone help in identifying these wings and patches please?
Any help would be most appreciated.
The pictures do have names but their authenticity and actual indentification is still a mystery.

Hi Mike,
The only thing I know at the moment:
the top and the bottom wings are not force 136 but Dutch post WW2. PP stands for parachute pakker (rigger) .There are a lot of good fakes around. I could give you the name and email address of the owner of the Dutch commando museum. Maybe he could tell you if these 2 are genuine.

These all came from the one source and have allegedly been kicking about for years in a bureau drawer.
There are quite a few others with them and the daughter passed them on to me when her father died.

The middle small bullion wings look identical to ones I used to wear on a No. 1 dress.

I'm no expert on the SAS items, others on this forum are & may be able to help there. But I've chased a lot of OSS insignia over the years, including Special Force wings. I'd steer clear of these. They don't resemble any of the authentic SF wings I've seen or that I have in my collection (see my Album of WW2 parachute wings). The backs are sloppy, which usually is more an indicator of Pakistani-made fakes than authentic badges. I could be wrong -- but that's my best advice to you. Good luck! Donovan
