Default Naval Air related, possibly
Does anyone know what this is, please? From the anchor and wings, could it be naval air of some sort? If so, what country?
Any info on it would be welcome.

Many thanks for that Woofy. It did come from a Scouting source, but I thought it looked military, hence my post. I will pursue it through Scouting contacts I know. Your help is much appreciated.
