Default Help with cloth badges

Hi folks

Help with three badges please.

1. Oxfordshire yellow on rifle green, is this a cadet unit or Oxfordshire Territorials?

2. Kuwait Technical Corps but on the reverse someone as written "REME Att Tech Corps Kuwait" is there any truth to this? I know for instance that in the 1970's and 1980's there was a large British Army vehicle park in Kuwait that had REME and RAOC personnel.

3. Berkshire red on khaki, I was told this was a supplementary title for ATS Berkshire Companies, is there any truth to this or is it a Scouts item?

Regards
Sean

3. Correct. Worn at the top of both sleeves of the Battle Dress Blouse by members of the A.T.S, serving in the Berkshire County Companies [one being, 80th (Berkshire) H.A.A. Regiment R.A. (T.A.)], and later below the W.R.A.C., designation by members of the W.R.A.C., serving in Berkshire County Companies. ACI 851 of 1950.

I have OXFORDSHIRE as an Army Cadet Force shoulder title worn on Battle Dress and later on a brassard.
