QVC Public Works badge
Hi all,
Anyone seen this badge before? Who used them? Just civil governmental authorities? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Ok, found information about the institution - https://www.nationalarchives.ie/topi.../opwguide.html Probably not so common badge I assume?

I am always looking early (pre 1939) British ribbon bars with foreign awards; interesting devices or just different construction solutions. Also I am seeking Royal Dublin Fusiliers items.
