It looks to me to be
JRGaunt London Late Jennens The DofE collar is it my eyes or are the lugs long ? Could it be a cap badge rather than a collar ? |

The collar does read J R Gaunt London late Jennens and D of E is on long lugs so I thought it a Cap

Nothing to compare this to, crown looks different to
regular badge the Cypher varies also and the lugs seem to have been reattached from the amount of filler material and discolouration IMG_20210721_215155.jpgIMG_20210721_215218.jpg |
