Default Mystery medal

Hello everyone,
Can anyone help me identify this medal?
It's very large 65 X 76 and silver gilt with an .800 hallmark.
Thank in advance.

Can't say anything specific, but it looks German to me.

It’s a shooting medal. Try Google search Schutzenmedaille. Ritter II indicates a second class award.

I think that the oak leaves and acorns are also a sign of a shooting award. At the back of my mind is the idea that German military marksmanship awards featured these symbols.

The 800 mark is also an European silver mark, 80% silver content.
Cheers,
Alex
