Yes, as mike indicated, worn by cadets in units sponsored by the Rifles. From around 2011 there is an Army Dress Regulations requirement that rank slides worn by cadets must show the word ‘CADET’.
Previously they would have worn this type.

Did these carry on being worn by Adult Staff Tim ?

The way the cadet is embroidered on the top images reminds me of the Light Infantry cadet slides worn by Cornwall ACF. Obviously these were green and maize.

The green on maize cadet slides were also worn by Shropshire ACF, I also have examples with SACF and even Madeley Detachment SACF embroidered on them

The pattern shown by Tim is the current pattern worn by the adult staff of ACF badged detachments ( unless County policy dictates otherwise ). In Lincolnshire ACF we all wear rank slides bearing the title Lincolnshire ACF with appropriate rank (all in cream colour on MTP ) regardless of cap badge

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT TO WEAR ACF / CCF INSIGNIA
08.126.When wearing uniform CFAVs are to indicate clearly that they are ACF or CCF by wearing
an ACF or CCF rank slide or shoulder titles depending on dress.

Some random examples.

When I first joined the ACF about 12 years ago my County issued very smart Rifles Green Wiltshire ACF rank slides to adults. We were only issued one slide each so I like others brought additional slides from companies like Cadet Direct and others. You can see the see the variations commonly available at the time in my photograph. Rifles Dress Regulations later changed which is why the Bugle Horn is no longer a feature of Rifles Rank Slides. Our Cadets at this time wore Brassards with Rifle Green rank badges. Wiltshire in my time only ever issued yellow on red arm titles.

After about 2 years we had a new Commandant who had no interest in military history or regimental affiliations and when MTP came in we were issued with the standard regulation rank slide which I assume is supplied via the system at no cost to the County. Cadets were initially issued with plain green rank slides with cadet in red but these were replaced within a year or 2 with the current regulation MTP Slides. I had a set of MTP Wiltshire ACF Rank Slides made which I wear at Detachment level only.

Rifles rank slides are an absolute nightmare. There are so many variations. I do have a few.full sets but mostly missing the odd one or two from a set.
The 1st pattern with bugle, dpm, green and desert
2nd pattern green, desert and mtp. That's just for adult soldiers. Theres all the variations to the ACF and CCF on top. Some of which weve seen within this thread.
