Default 1RDM - what is it?

Gents, just to confirm, is this is load of rubbish?

Is it a fantasy piece or a copy of an original?

Thanks all

Bess

Confirmed as suspected.

Often seen on sites and advertised as Royal Devon Militia or Royal Devon Military, but in all probability it is a fantasy piece.

I've just had a quick search and there are 6 on offer at the moment varying in price from £19.99 to £39.99 a piece.

Regards.

Brian

That is the same information I found: 1st Royal Devon Militia (There were four regiments of Devon Miltia). The strange thing is that, as far as I know, the Devon militia never were "Royal".

See: Devon Miltia

Thanks guys. I'm sure I picked it up when I was a boy - late 70's. No idea where it came from. Always suspected it.

Thank you gentlemen.
