Unidentified Buttons

I recently bought a batch of black horn buttons and found 2 x 23mm buttons with a scalloped perimeter and bearing the Wessex Wyvern but I haven't been able to trace a regiment for these.

I have a few Wessex Brigade staybrites but they just have the Wyvern on a plain background.

Any suggestions please

Its always best to attach a photo if you need an item identifying. From your description the buttons could be from the Midland Railway.

Click on the paper clip icon which should appear at the top of the text box when you start a new message and it should let you choose a file to upload from there.
