Possible Monmouth School CCF variation? - British & Commonwealth Military Badge Forum

Happy New Year to all members of the forum.
I recently picked up this cloth badge, the second one in the scan. The first one is a yellow dragon on blue which I was told was the cloth cap badge of Monmouth School CCF which I have had for some years. The second one is similar but on a green background. Can anyone identify the one on green, please, and if so, say whether it is worn on the arm or on the beret?

Both Monmouth school beret badge's green one is the current issue, I have examples in my album.
