WW2 Canadian officers para collar sweethearts badge
hi all
found this today in a locak antiques shop. like to hear your thoughts. is it a converted collar or perpously made sweethearts badge? ive never actually had one of these badges before. lovely item. and the only other ive seen online had a makers name where this doesnt? anyway, thanks in advance bc btw i will probably be moving it on at some stage as it doesnt fit into my collecting field |

Hi badgecollector, I would lean towards the converted collar. The hasp & pin design did less damage to service dress than the lugs.

There were British and Cdn makers. It has been suggested that the unmarked badges were British made.
