Royal Montserrat Defence Force

Can anyone provide information on when the Royal Montserrat Defence Force was granted the "Royal" title?

And, any information on the new cap badge (with crown on top). This appears to be made of a cloth material from the few pictures I've found on google search.

I have the white metal versions of both the Montserrat Defence Force and the Montserrat Cadet Force cap badges (no crown). I would like to get hold of the "new" version. Any help, would be most appreciated.
