Good day Steve,

Not an expert on this field of collecting. However, you might try looking on the selling site, collectrussia.com. There are sections on medals of China and North Korea that might help you to ID what you have. They are about two thirds of the way down on the home page in the subsection, "Communist Countries". Word of warning, the China section is not as extensive as the N. Korean section.

The sections have a small thumbnail pic of the medal with a description to the side, along with a sale price.

Hope this might help in some way, until a knowledgeable expert can assist you.

Regards,

Ian
