Default I know it's a long shot........

……..But: Does anyone recognise this badge ?
It was together with several early SAS wings, badges and escape maps.
Also came with the other items pictured.
I don't think it is military related.

No idea I'm afraid. The other way up though, you do get letters. OTC jumps out. But also OCT, CTO, COT, TCO and TOC. Hope you find it, Mike

I was going to suggest that it was Indian made even before I saw the reference to the IOTC, based on the workmanship and metal used in it. For what that's worth.
