Default A very interesting ashtray!

Chaps £4 at Malvern this morning - an interesting bespoke made ashtray (for the RA aficionados).

We talk much here about the interesting 'bazaar made' badges (at least I find them very interesting) here is what appears to be a local made ashtray . . .

Regards all

Bess

Possibly modeled on a Fuse Cover and Shell Plug.

, I see where you're going with that Marc. Similar to the brass 'trench art' ash trays from WW1.

Hi,

I have owned a couple of similar items that were made in Italy and dated 1945 (a beer tankard and an ashtray if I recall correctly).
