Default No. 10 commando display almost done

Hi guys,
I am almost done collecting the different no. 10 (inter allied) commando insignia. 6 countries, 6 beret badges and 6 titles/flags. All I need is a French title. Then I will try to put it in a frame I guess. Enjoy
Cheers,
Pieter

Excellent display and collection. The green backing from an old beret is a very neat idea. Regards, Clive.

Very Nice indeed Pieter,

I also have a weak spot for No10 I-A commando.

As to the Czechs, I have a spare black red title, which I think was used by the Czechs, although very little is known about them, some served in 3 X troop and some in the 7 Youguslavian troop.

I just managed to get a large style ww2 FRANCE title but not spare, these are extremely hard to find unless you want a copy.

Cheers,

JB

Default Jugoslav Tp, 10 (IA) Cdo

Given the colours and the contemporary spelling, this title could have been worn by the Jugoslav Tp of 10 (IA) Cdo.

Default Jugoslavia

The spelling from that era indicates why, to the Eighth Army, those across the Adriatic were known collectively as "Jugs" (info from my late father - Dental Officer, 4 CCS, XIII Corps)

Did the Norwegians in 10 Commando not wear a "Norge" title?

I know that it was worn by the free Norwegians, just don't know about the inter-allied commando.
