I'd say 1970s-1980s.

As Phil says, but the start date is likey the early 80's. They are the Canadian Forces DEU long syle titles for wear on the CF DEU service dress tunic.

Not DEU. The Distinctive Environmental Uniform replaced the CF tunic in the mid-1980s.
These titles would have been worn on the CF tunic which preceded the DEU.

Knew I had the name wrong. CF service dress style tunic. Stupid armed forces, changning their uniforms so often. Lets see, first ptn CF 1968ish, and then the changed to a second pattern. Did the introduction of the winter DEU also bring back the epaulet, or was that another earlier change?

When the Land DEUs were introduced, there was winter (green) and summer (tan). Both had epaulets, and the same badges were worn on each. Curved CANADA titles were worn on the shoulder and metal titles as they were introduced were (are) worn on the base of the epaulet. The summer tans were withdrawn from wear a few years ago.
