Default WWII Air Force Cap Badge and Medical Collars

Well since there are still no posts in this area, I thought I would post this photo.

The Cap badge is a Type II? World War Two era badge. Note the "F" touches the wreath iin this version.

Personally I find my collection has no shortage of Canadian Air Force items but these are not my main interest.

My father served in the RCAF from 1950 to 1982, he retired as a Major and reentered the Department of Defense as a civilian until his final retirement in 1995. His total service to DND was 45 years.

I have his per-unification RCAF SD uniform with No1 dress accoutrements. I have his RCAF blue Mess Dress, his Unification uniform and a unification Mess Dress. Overall, a rather nice collection of RCAF items.
