I have had 1910 - 37 RB officers badges in hallmarked silver with sliders , blades & lugs . Probably down to which jeweller/maker they were bought from .
I haven't seen an ossifers badge in silver with a brass slider , if silver plated , as some NCO were wont to do , I would expect the blade to be plated as well . Having bought from this seller in the past I class him as one of the good guys , if a trifle dear , but anyone can make mistakes . Chris |

Having looked at the badge it is more likely to be silver plate rather than silver and poss an N.C.Os badge, if you look closely at the back it looks like it has remains of the pink stuff, soldiers friend.
