Default Manchester Regiment Fleur De Lys Opinions Please

I have a few badges which I have had for a long number of years about which I have never been entirely happy. I would be pleased to have your opinions.

This pair were cleaned and varnished at least forty years ago, the back being untouched.

Thanks for looking.

Eric

I am afraid being single metal and unmarked I cannot give you a definitive answer that they are 100% but there is nothing obviously wrong with them.

Thanks for that Alan, I will keep them in for the time being.

Any other opinions forthcoming?

Hi Eric,

I can't help you with your badges I'm afraid, but if you put the Regiment (Manchester) in your opening post, you might get a bit more response.

Peter Marshall or ronb0848 are the only two Manchester collectors on the forum that I am aware of, although the later hasn't been on for a few years now.

Good luck,

Andrew

ronb0848 has not been on the forum for 8 years and as he was born in 1934 I suspect may no longer be with us.

Thank you Andrew for the very valid advice on my thread title, I will bear it mind for the future. Also thanks to, I suspect, Alan for making the change to the title.

Here's hoping Peter or Simon will be along soon.

Thanks all for your contributions.

Eric
