Default Unknown. OTC perhaps?

Going through my collection of postcards, I came across this one. I suspect OTC or CCF, but going on the images, can anyone give a positive ID and a potential date?

Thanks in advance,

Andrew

I would agree Dean Close and WW1 era by the clothing. It's hard to date OTCs as they wore odd uniforms due to the fact they bought them so normal rules did not always apply.

It looks like Dean Close to me too. The uniform is standard SD 1905 type.
