Small Battle of Britain group
A friend who knows of my interest in military identification recently gave me this small lot of dog tags and papers. A lucky hit on the Internet indicates that Sgt. F. Worrell was a member of No. 1 Fighter Squadron during the Battle of Britain. This seems to match the dates on his ID card. Can someone out there provide any additional information about this individual, such as his given name, military occupation, etc.? Thank you!

I like his original 1250, I wonder if that was actually issued by John Dixon as the issuing signature suggests.

Thanks for your comments, Frank. I'm afraid I don't know what a 1250 is, nor who John Dixon was...

Form 1250= RAF ID card. Should be marked as such top right front of card. Regards, Paul.
