ANZAC Day
There is something poignant in standing at the end of your driveway listening to a far off Last Post and Reveille coming from the house at the bottom of the road.

We Will Remember Them.
My wife and I stood to at dawn at our gate with the Last Post sounding from the radio. Afterwards we had our customary Anzac Day tot of rum before breakfast. Cheers, John |

Stood at the top of my driveway I was touched by the young renters in the house opposite who all also turned out with candles and a radio to listen to the service. Lest We Forget.

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning We will remember them.
