Default More Manitoba Dragoons

I've had hese two badges for quite some time. I assume they are late issue (last issue?) to the Regiment.

One has an antiqued brass look, the other a pewter finish. Both are heavy, nicely detailed, & well made. And yes, you can still see where the "A" was erased to correct the spelling mistake in Manitoba.

I doubt they're rare or anything, but thought I'd share - I've never bumped into any others similar.

Nice Doug, I've never seen that type of catch before, even on civilian stuff. I would think it's unique to a specific maker (civilian?) making them for the regiment. So you are thinking they are late issue, are they not still around?

With the pin back fastener, they may have been for wear on the Wolseley helment.
