Default Red Cross/Australia title

When I was working on my recent VAD album, I found a WW1 photo of Vera Deakin who served in UK with the Red Cross. She is well documented online, the daughter of one of Australia's early prime ministers. Her Red Cross/ Australia shouder title is the only provenance I have ever seen of these two worn together.
I would be interested to know:
1. Has anyone seen any similar photos?
2. What is the other insignia on the epaulette and collar?
3. What is her medal ribbon?
Thanks

Could the other badge be an Australian Red Cross branch or state badge ?

I think the medal ribbon may be for the (early Civil) OBE she was awarded in 1918

Thanks for the information. I think that her lapel badge was the British Red Cross and that there is a numeral in the centre of the metal titles.
The badge between the title and the button looks too big to be a Red Cross pip or one of the stars in the insignia scan. Maybe there is another explanation.

Found a photo of another Australian Red Cross member who was also awarded the OBE in 1918 and is wearing a similar ribbon.

Shoulder pips/stars were quite large.

Edit : After a look at a larger photo of Vera Deaken the shoulder badge looks like a map/silhouette of Australia
