Default Scots Guards wbc

Opinions appreciated on this wbc, it is gilt and well made with bench marks ( 17 ) on each part but not quite the quality I would expect, no makers marks and no sign of age

Is it just a modern OR`s wbc ?

Any thoughts appreciated,

Thanks

P.B.
